Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Valid proof of purchase is required.
  • No restocking fee applies.
  • Returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

Store Credit

  • Refunds for returns are issued as store credit.
  • Store credit is valid for one year from date of issuance.
  • Store credit will be processed once the return is received and inspected.
  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please return it for store credit and place a new order for your preferred item.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges as well.

Final Sale Items

  • Final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Currently, no items are classified as final sale. If this changes, affected items will be clearly marked at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Lost or Missing Packages (In Transit to Customer)

  • Claims for lost or missing packages must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
